Ms. Elizabeth Baker, who holds a B.A. degree in Spanish and many Teaching Certificates, has conducted career-specific Spanish courses for the Omega Medical Center, A.I. du Pont Hospital for Children, Discover Card, NuCar Connection, New York Life, and Mortgage Reduction Services, Inc. She has also done graduate work at the University of Delaware and currently teaches Spanish and Culture at Delaware Technical and Community College/Corporate & Community Programs and teaches English to Spanish speakers. Ms. Baker, a member of the American Association of Teachers of Spanish & Portuguese, was recently named “Highly Qualified Teacher” by The Delaware Department of Education.

Dr. Lewis, a native of the Republic of Panamá and a published author, is the President and Founder of the Fairness Institute. He has advised three Delaware Governors on Hispanic Affairs, and has worked with Barnes and Noble, the Wilmington Police Dept., Beneficial Bank, The International Broadcasting Bureau, Simon and Schuster/Prentice Hall and the Delaware Institute for the Arts in Education, among others, on diversity issues. An Administrator and Lecturer at Brown and Indiana Universities, et al., he is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at Delaware State University and holds four college degrees in Biology, Urban Education and Humanities, and a Harvard Certificate in Mulitcultural Education. Dr. Lewis is the recipient of the Jefferson Award for Public Service, listed in several Who's Who, and was decorated by the President of Panamá with the President Remón Cantera Gold Medal of Achievement.
